About Us

Who are we?

We are a group of people who love the great outdoors! We are also data scientists and developers with expertise in creating information management tools for a variety of end users including government agencies, educational institutes and the general public.

What do we do?

We are turning the great outdoors into a virtual classroom with our free activity-based mobile tours and our educational resources, powered by scientific data on biodiversity, space, the earth, oceans, geology, weather patterns and even human heritage.

Why do it?

Many people today live in urban areas and have lost a connection to the environment,  heritage and biodiversity. At Wilder Wander we strive to create fun and education resources highlighting the importance of the great outdoors for all.
